So Hayden Pannettiere plays a cheerleader in the hit Heroes. She also played a cheerleader in the straight to DVD movie Bring It On, All or Nothing.
And now she has signed on to play another cheerleader! She wants to be type-casted I guess. Probably not the smartest idea, but maybe she's trying to break out of television.
She is going to cheer in the film adaption of the novel I Love You, Beth Cooper. Apparently Hayden will play the school's hottest cheerleader Beth, who shows nerdy valedictorian Denis Cooverman the greatest night of his life, after he had professed his love for her during his graduation speech.
Pheww.

I think it might be a good idea for Hayden to ditch the pom poms. The way things are going, I half expect her to do a remake of Toni Basil's "Mickey" and recreate the cheerleader-themed video.
